The above Applicant, in consideration for his/her acceptance of this order, hereby releases, discharges and agrees to indemnify the Association, its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and/or contactors from any liabilities now accrued, or which may hereafter accrue, from their actions, inactions, or communications made by the Association and/or officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and/or contactors in or through their respective capacities with the Association. By submitting this order, the above named person hereby acknowledges and agrees that he/she has carefully read and fully understands the above Terms of Sale, Disclaimer and Release.
