All programs are provided with the understanding that Association is not engaged in rendering legal, tax, or other professional services. If legal, tax or other expert assistance is required, the services of a competent professional should be sought. Please note that billing will automatically renew at the rate defined above when your quarterly or annual membership is up for renewal. Should you decide to cancel your membership, you can do so at anytime by faxing a cancellation notice to 202-318-7299 or via email to info@TractionREIA.com. Should you decide to cancel your membership, you can do so by fax or email. THIRTY (30) DAY NOTICE FOR RENEWALS IS REQUIRED TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP. MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Membership fees subject to change without notice. Members agree to comply with the Code of Ethics as described in detail on our website. Providing this application constitutes your permission for Association to contact you regarding related information via email, fax, phone, and automated voice broadcast dialers. By your attendance at Association events, you are granting your permission to be filmed, videotaped, audiotaped or photographed by any means and are granting full use of your likeness, voice and words without compensation. The above Applicant, in consideration for his/her acceptance as member of the Association, hereby releases, discharges and agrees to indemnify the Association, its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and/or contactors from any liabilities now accrued, or which may hereafter accrue, from their actions, inactions, or communications made by the Association and/or officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and/or contactors in or through their respective capacities with the Association.

By submitting this application, the above named person hereby acknowledges and agrees that he/she has carefully read and fully understands the above Terms of Sale, Disclaimer and Release.

Product Return Policy

We offer a 3 day money-back guarantee on all books, CDs and home-study products, less a 10% restocking &handling fee. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON SHIPPING, SOFTWARE OR LEGAL FORMS (including forms CDs included in a home study package).

• Any request for a return must be made IN WRITING three (3) calendar days from purchase.
• Before returning a product the customer must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) issued by calling 202-558-6508 between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm EST Monday through Friday, holidays excluded.
• All returns must display the RMA on the outside of the returned package. All returns must include the actual product in resalable condition with the forms CD seal unbroken. All packages must be sent back Return Receipt through the U.S. postal system or signature required through a recognized carrier (i.e. FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) within TEN (10) DAYS of the issuance of an RMA. Association is not responsible, and will not issue a credit for any returned package lost in shipping and/or not received with 10 calendar days of the issued RMA. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs in returning the product. It is your responsibility to package the product well to avoid damage during shipping.
• The refund on an authorized return will be issued within 7 business days of receipt of the authorized returned product. No refund will be issued, regardless of receipt, on any unauthorized return.

Event & Seminar Ticket & Refund Policy

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.  No Refunds for "No shows" or cancellations.  Tickets are non-transferable. Audio or video taping of the event is not permitted. By your attendance at Association, you are granting your permission to be filmed, videotaped, audiotaped or photographed by any means and are granting full use of your likeness, voice and words without compensation.
